The location of the hotel is great, as it is right next to the Plaza where there are restaurants and bars. It is also conveniently located close to the taxi rank.
The staff at the hotel lacks proper training in supporting guests' needs.

We loved the spacious and comfortable room with a bonus balcony overlooking the village. The breakfast at the Chiringuito was excellent and the staff/kitchen were very accommodating. The hotel had a selection of 7-8 restaurants, with our favorite being the Thai gallery and Thai pan. The location of the hotel was perfect, away from the tourist area and with its own private beach. The concierge was helpful, even before our stay, and the late checkout was a great bonus. We also enjoyed the free shuttle service to the main town in a brand new Tesla.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with fine views of the beachfront and easy access to the coastal path. The grounds were also excellent, with pools and dining options. the bed in our room was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

This luxury hotel offers exclusive amenities that met all my needs, from the stunning swimming pool, the amazing outdoor lounge area, to the diverse entertainment options. The Spa & wellness centre provided a wide variety of beauty treatments, including massages, and the solarium was a much-needed addition to ensure my maximum relaxation.

The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and a variety of restaurants and bars. The room was spacious and attention to detail was evident. The staff were friendly and were very good too ensure our comfort. The Seafood and Thai restaurants were great with delicious food. Despite a few drawbacks, such as difficulty in seating at the restaurant and noise from nearby parties, I would still highly recommend this hotel. it was a wonderful experience.
